About Enceladus

Twenty years building for global brands. Now the AI consultancy they call first

Enceladus is the AI consultancy of the PureNet Group: forty specialists who have delivered enterprise platforms for Siemens, Nestlé, Hearst, Krispy Kreme and West Ham United since 2006, led by a PhD in Artificial Intelligence. We work with leadership teams at global industrial groups and national publishers to decide where AI creates value, and then we build it.

Who we are

Not a startup chasing trends

Enceladus AI Limited is the group's AI consultancy, formed to bring two decades of enterprise delivery to the AI decisions businesses are now making. The PureNet Group, PureNet, Agency51 and Enceladus, is forty people across consultancy, software engineering, ecommerce and digital marketing, ISO 27001 certified, with more than two hundred projects delivered for some of the best-known brands in the UK and beyond.

That heritage matters for AI in a specific way. Most of what makes an AI system succeed or fail is not the model; it is the integration with the ERP, the warehouse system, the CRM and the commerce platform, the quality of the data underneath, and the change management around it. That is work the group has done for twenty years for manufacturers, publishers, retailers and charities. AI is the next chapter of it.

Clients

Twenty years with brands you know, now applied to AI

Across the group we have built for Nidec, Siemens, Hearst Magazines, Bauer Media, Immediate Media, Krispy Kreme, Walker's Shortbread, Illamasqua, The Royal British Legion, West Ham United, Norwich City, Snap Finance, Haven Power, Timothy Taylor's, York Gin and Raspberry Pi, among many others. Our AI work with Nidec Drives, Immediate Media and Agency51 is described in the case studies.

We cite that history as group experience. Where a client is named on this site, it is because we have delivered for them; we claim AI results only where we have delivered AI.

How we charge

Scoped first, then fixed

Every engagement is scoped and its price fixed before it starts, so you know the cost before you commit and nothing is priced during delivery. A leadership session is a day on site with two days of preparation; a discovery programme or a build is scoped in a fortnight and quoted as a fixed price.
