What we do

AI strategy, frameworks and delivery for businesses that want results, not demos

We work in four areas that follow the lifecycle of AI in a business: decide where it creates value, build the systems that deliver it, roll out the tools people use every day, and make sure your people can work with all of it.

Four areas

One method, four ways to engage

  • AI strategy and discovery

Leadership awareness sessions, divergent and convergent discovery workshops, opportunity prioritisation and business cases, and AI governance aligned to the EU AI Act. The consultancy that decides where to start.

  • AI frameworks and agent build

Proven architectures for support agents, knowledge assistants, document and data mining and workflow automation, tailored to your systems by our engineers. Frameworks, not products.

  • AI tools and platform rollout

Governed rollout of Claude, Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT Enterprise: selection on your evidence, no-training licence terms, phased access, custom GPTs and skills, and developer tooling.

  • Training and enablement

Leadership AI literacy, team enablement on the tools you roll out, and the acceptable-use training the EU AI Act now requires.

How they fit together

Advise, discover, build, enable

Most clients start with an awareness session or a discovery sprint, because that is where the question "where should we begin?" gets a defensible answer. The roadmap that comes out of it points to some things that should be bought and switched on, some that should be built, and some that need data foundations first. We can do all three, and we say which is which.

Everything we do follows the Converge Methodology, which we publish in full.
