Training and enablement
Upskill your people to work with AI, from the boardroom to the codebase
Tools do not change how a business works; people do. We run role-based programmes that give leaders a shared mental model of AI, give teams hands-on fluency with the tools you roll out, and meet the AI-literacy duty the EU AI Act introduced in February 2025.
Pick by audience
Leadership AI literacy
A half- or full-day session for boards and leadership teams: the inflection point, what the technology can and cannot do, the AI Opportunity Pyramid, the four levels of AI from copilot to agentic system, and the governance and regulatory map, worked on your own scenarios.
Team enablement
Hands-on sessions for each function on the tools you have rolled out, built around the recurring tasks in that function, with the custom assistants and skills we configure for them. Measured by time saved on sampled tasks, not attendance.
AI policy and acceptable use
Short, mandatory training on your usage policy: what may be shared with which tool, how to recognise AI output that needs checking, and the responsible-AI principles. This is the training the EU AI Act requires, and it is what makes governed access safe.
Working with Claude Code and AI coding assistants
Developer enablement
Setting up and getting value from Claude Code, GitHub Copilot and Codex: project instructions, coding standards, review gates, test generation, token budgets and security, taught by a team that builds with these tools every day.
Building agents
For teams who will build and run AI systems: retrieval, tool use, evaluation harnesses, confidence scoring and escalation design, using the same frameworks we deploy for clients.
About training and enablement
Is AI literacy training really a legal requirement?
Article 4 of the EU AI Act has applied since 2 February 2025 and requires providers and deployers of AI systems to ensure a sufficient level of AI literacy among staff. It applies to UK businesses whose AI systems are used in, or affect people in, the EU, and it is good practice regardless.
Can training run alongside a rollout?
It should. The most effective sequence is leadership session, then governed access, then team enablement on the tools as each function gets them, with policy training as the gate.
Do you train on our own data and systems?
Yes. Sessions use your documents, your workflows and your configured assistants, within the data rules of your policy. Generic exercises do not change behaviour.
Start with the leadership team
One session gives the whole business a shared vocabulary; everything else follows from it.
